Our boxing legend Roger returns!

Mr Sympatico Roger Knorr will return to instructing action after having been sidelined for 4 weeks.

Roger couldn´t do the boxing classes due to a surgery on his back discs, but his rehab went all positive and he is now set to return to the MMA Spirit matts next Monday, the fifth for his first training. We have all been waiting for these good news but would also like to thank our replacement instructors Christian Rostek, Guido and Azzedine for their great efforts…but there is only ONE Roger Knorr 🙂
